Seal of Approval.' src='/img/grail.png'>Wrath is one of the seven deadly sins and a mini-boss that can be found randomly on any floor. He typically attacks by launching active bombs towards Isaac or planting them in place as he walks around. In Revelation floors, however, this attack is altered around the corresponding chapter's mechanics.

In the Glacier, Wrath appears to be a living chunk of fiery coal and his mini-boss room is often undergoing a blizzard as part of his main mechanic.
Behaviour
- Wonders around the room randomly in straight lines.
- Launches a Hot Bomb at Isaac, or plants one down, which deals contact damage.
- When the bomb detonates it creates a temporary damaging fire which creates an area of warmth around itself as it burns.
- Since Wrath is often fought in blizzard rooms with heat sources either incredibly sparse or non-existent, Wrath's own attacks are often the best/only way to be able to continue attacking him on order to beat him.
Upon death, Wrath leaves behind a Grill O' Wisp.

- Launches a purple Bomb at Isaac, or plants one down, which will home in towards any nearby Revival Rags and revive the monster upon detonation.
Notes
- If Wrath is killed in any of the Revelation floors, he will drop Wrath's Rage as a reward.
